Large Furniture & Oversized Items

- White glove delivery service available for local deliveries
- For long-distance shipping, we work with specialized antique shipping services
- Crating available for delicate or valuable pieces
- We can recommend trusted freight carriers for oversized items
- Customer may arrange their own shipping service

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination
- Multiple items may be combined to save on shipping when possible
- Additional insurance can be purchased upon request
- Special packaging requirements may incur additional fees
- For oversized items, we will provide a custom shipping quote

Local Pickup

- Available during business hours
- By appointment only
- Please bring valid ID matching the payment method used
- Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged

Packaging Standards

- All items are professionally packed with appropriate materials
- Fragile items receive extra protection and careful handling
- Large furniture pieces are blanket-wrapped and/or crated as needed
- Photos taken before shipping to document condition

Insurance & Damage Claims

- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
- Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage
- We will assist with insurance claims if needed
